If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from The Annalee Project for account security and service updates, including one-time verification passcodes, order confirmations, and shipping notifications. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How you opt in: During account registration at theannaleeproject.com, you enter your mobile number and check an SMS consent box before creating your account. You may also opt in later in account settings by checking the same consent box and tapping “Send code” to verify your phone number.

SMS privacy commitment: We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We collect your mobile number only when you provide it and use it solely to send the transactional and account-related messages described above.
You can opt out of marketing or promotional texts at any time by replying STOP; you may still receive essential account or security messages where permitted by law.

No mobile opt-in data or consent is ever shared with third parties or affiliates. We share the limited information below only to operate the service:

With independent sellers/vendors only as needed to fulfill your orders (for example, your shipping address). We do not share your mobile phone number with sellers for marketing.
With service providers who process payments, deliver email, or provide hosting on our behalf under contract and confidentiality obligations. These providers act only on our instructions and may not use your information for their own marketing.
